He will be talking on general human rights issues, the universal periodic review (UPR) mechanism and in particular, the UPR Second Cycle National Report of Eritrea that was adopted on February 6, 2014 by the 18th Working Group of the Human Rights Council.

Mr. Adem Osman is a lawyer by profession.
Currrent position: Second Secretary at the Permannet Mission of Eritrea to the  United Nations and Embassy of the State of Eritrea in Switzerland.
He was the Head of Legal Services of the Ministry of Foriegn Affairs since the bigining of 2008 until last October.  He served in different ministries and at varying  levels before he assumed his job of legal advice.
