Abune Petros, Archbishop of the Eritrean Orthodox Tewahdo Church, gives benediction in connection with Christmas.

In his message Abune Petros wished Merry Christmas to Eritrean people inside the country and abroad, to front line health workers as well as to members of the Eritrean Defense Forces. He also wished early recovery to the sick.

Abune Petros urged the public to practice the guidelines issued by the Government with a view to contain the spread of COVID-19 pandemic for the sake of their lives and safety of the country.

Abune Petros also called on the faithful to extend hands to the disadvantaged citizens.
